Catholic Education Sandhurst Limited (CESL) is seeking an Enrolment and Engagement Coordinator to join our Marketing and Communications team in an exciting ongoing full-time role, reporting to the Head of Marketing and Communications.
The role supports CESL’s system-wide, centralised enrolment approach, working with schools and key teams to strengthen enrolment outcomes and develop attraction strategies for new schools.
The Position
About The CESL Office
The CESL Office Team comprises of close to 150 employees working across 7 key functional areas, supporting over 50 schools and early childhood centres within the Sandhurst Diocese. We are a supportive and friendly team who are committed to working collaboratively with our schools to achieve the best outcomes possible for our students. With office locations in Bendigo, Wangaratta and Tatura.
A New Role in a Growing Team
To strengthen enrolments, elevate our brand, and bring life strategies already underway, CESL is establishing a new, standalone Marketing & Communications team within the Office of the Executive Director - led by a Head of Marketing and Communications. This role will oversee and expand the function, working with existing specialists and new roles that support school websites and centralised enrolment processes.
