Catholic Education Sandhurst Limited (CESL) is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Employee Relations, Health and Safety Administrator to join team, reporting directly to the Employee Relations, Health and Safety Lead. This critical role works across the three functions within the Employee Relations, Health and Safety team, with a particular focus in supporting the work of the Professional Standards team (PSO), as well as supporting the Employee Relations (ER), and Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) teams through specialist administrative tasks and responsibilities.

The CESL Office Team comprises of close to 150 employees working across 7 key functional areas, supporting over 50 schools and early childhood centres within the Sandhurst Diocese. With office locations in Bendigo, Wangaratta and Tatura, we are a supportive and friendly team who are committed to working collaboratively with our schools to achieve the best outcomes possible for our students.
