Catholic Education Sandhurst Ltd (CES Ltd) is seeking an ER Advisor to join our Employee Relations Team, commencing 20 January 2025. Reporting directly to the Employee Relations Manager, this is an exciting fixed-term opportunity to provide ER and Industrial Relations (IR) advice and support, whilst collaborating closely with Analysts.  The incumbent will bring a deep knowledge of industrial instruments to the table, ensuring smooth interpretation and application to support our evolving business needs.
