The Opportunity

We are seeking a Director of Learning Diversity to join our school community. 

A great opportunity exists for a Full Time, Fixed Term Teacher with a Position of Leadership (POL) for Director of Learning Diversity in the 2025 school year to join our positive, supportive and close-knit school environment. The successful applicant will be given a 38 Session Time Allowance to complete this role.

You will for the POL position require:

• • Leadership and Inclusion

    • Lead the Learning Diversity team to develop and implement inclusive programs supporting diverse learning needs.
    • Promote an inclusive, positive learning environment that fosters student success and equity.

  • Staff Development

    • Build staff capacity through professional learning, coaching, and support in differentiation and evidence-based practices.
    • Encourage reflective practice and continuous professional growth.

  • Data and Compliance

    • Oversee NCCD data accuracy and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
    • Use data to inform strategies for improving student outcomes.

  • Wellbeing and Relationships

    • Foster respectful relationships among students, staff, and families to support wellbeing and engagement.
    • Promote equity, diversity, and cultural inclusion within the College community.

  • Collaboration and Community

    • Work with families, teachers, and external specialists to design and deliver effective learning plans.
    • Celebrate student achievements and encourage community involvement.
