Marian College is seeking an experienced and committed educational leader to join the College Leadership Team. You will be an outstanding educator with excellent organisational and communication skills. As Deputy Principal: Learning and Teaching, you will work collaboratively and reflectively in teams to implement high quality, evidence based pedagogical practice to drive improved student outcomes.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a Deputy Principal: Learning and Teaching to join our school community.

A great fixed term Full Time  opportunity exists for a Deputy Principal: Learning and Teaching to join our positive, supportive and close-knit school environment. This position will have an ongoing teacher contract in place.

 

You will:

  • Hold appropriate professional qualifications, VIT registration and Accreditation to Lead in a Catholic School (or working towards)
  • Be an exceptional educator with demonstrated experience leading teams
  • Have a strong learning and teaching background with experience in evidence-based pedagogical practice to improve outcomes for all students
  • Promote a positive and inclusive educational environment for all students

Marian College

Marian College is a co-educational Year 7-12 Catholic Secondary College located in Myrtleford. The College serves the Ovens and Alpine Valley regions of North East Victoria and surrounding areas. Marian College provides excellent learning opportunities for students in years 7 to 12, with a focus on contemporary teaching practice and student engagement meeting the needs of a range of learners with diverse educational pathways.
