Catholic Education Sandhurst Limited has a fantastic opportunity for a leader to become Deputy Principal – Learning and Teaching at Doxa School Bendigo commencing Term One, 2025

Doxa School Bendigo is a Catholic Specialist Learning Setting aiming to engage vulnerable and disconnected young people into an education that is tailored to meet their specific needs.

Key Selection Criteria: 

  • Strong commitment to Catholic Education 
  • Accreditation to Lead / Teach in a Catholic School or a willingness to seek accreditation 
  • Current VIT Registration. 
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills, the ability to work as part of a collaborative team to build positive relationships with students, parents and staff. 2
  • Relational & Instructional leadership experience in education.
  • Willingness to partner with the Principal and key stakeholders leveraging innovative approaches to lead the school into the future. 
  • Highly developed communication, organisational and interpersonal skills to lead school operations. 
  • Relevant and contemporary experience in best practices within Learning and Teaching. 
  • A commitment toward community engagement and wellbeing 
  • Commitment to lead the whole school’s strategic & annual directions. 
  • An insight & passion to nurture the growth & development of every student.
