St. Peter’s Primary School is a vibrant co-educational institution located in North Bendigo, serving approximately 135 students across 11 classrooms, predominantly comprised of composite classes. Established in 1972, our school is proudly part of the St. Killian's Parish community.

About You
• You are an experienced educational leader with a deep understanding of the ethos of Catholic education, committed to fostering a faith-filled, inclusive, and student-centred learning environment.
• You have strong leadership and communication skills, with a proven ability to collaborate with staff, families, and the wider community to create a positive and supportive school culture.
• You bring expertise in learning and teaching, with a focus on continuous improvement and the use of data to enhance student outcomes.
• You are committed to the well-being of students, with a proactive approach to supporting their social, emotional, and academic growth.
• You have a demonstrated capacity to lead and manage school operations, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and statutory requirements.
• You have experience in policy development, human resource management, and organisational leadership, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• You are passionate about creating a safe and inclusive environment, fostering high expectations and ensuring child safety in all school activities.
• You hold current VIT registration and have the relevant accreditation to teach and lead in a Catholic school.
• You have a commitment to ongoing professional learning, always striving to improve and adapt in response to changing educational needs.

In 2025, a diocesan first, a comprehensive and exciting new learning and teaching program was simultaneously launched across over 50 Catholic schools in the Sandhurst Diocese.
Magnify Sandhurst will be introduced across 2025 to 2027, with each phase designed to bring measurable improvements in each learning environment.
