The Opportunity

A great Fixed-Term Part-Time opportunity for the remainder of 2025 exists for a Defence School Mentor to join our positive, supportive and close-knit school environment.

You will:

• Support Defence families and students at key moments of transition and during their time at school.
• Be knowledgeable about wellbeing principles for children and young adults.
• Have the ability to communicate effectively with Defence students, families, and school staff.

We’re a co-educational school with around 1250 students from Year 7 to Year 12.

The school opened in 1979 when St Augustine’s Girls Secondary College expanded and moved to this location as Catholic College Wodonga. Today the school continues its affiliation with Mercy Education and was recently recognised as one of Cambridge University’s 100 Most Innovative Schools.
