St Mels, Shepparton is seeking an Administration Officer to join our friendly school environment. This is an exciting ongoing part time (0.6FTE) opportunity to be part of Catholic Education Sandhurst Limited (CESL).

Our Administration Officer will ensure the smooth operation of the school's administrative functions, supporting staff and students. Key responsibilities will include front office operations, event coordination, financial management, record-keeping, and First Aid duties, all aimed at maintaining an efficient and supportive school environment.

The Position

  • Classification: Category B Education Support Level 2 (CEMEA 2022)
  • Salary per hour: $28.25
  • FTE / Hours: 0.6 FTE – 22.8 hours per week
  • Employment Status: Ongoing
  • Location: St Mel’s, Shepparton

You Bring

  • Experience in front office support, including handling phone calls, student queries, and processing payments (EFT/cash).
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive data.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, working collaboratively with staff, students, and parents to create a positive and welcoming environment.
  • A current Working with Childrens Check (WWCC)
  • A commitment to supporting the Catholic ethos and values of our school.
