Catholic Education Sandhurst Limited (CESL) is seeking an Administration Assistant to join our Learning and Teaching Team. This is an exciting Fixed Term Full Time opportunity reporting to the Assistant Director: Learning and Teaching.  

As the Administration Assistant, you will be the backbone of our Learning and Teaching team. Your expertise in managing schedules, preparing critical documents, and supporting various projects will ensure our team operates seamlessly. Your attention to detail and organisational skills will be key in maintaining smooth operations and enhancing our educational impact.

The Position

  • Title: Administration Assistant: Learning and Teaching
  • Classification: CEO Administration Level 3
  • Salary per year: $81,257.00 - $87,110.00
  • FTE / Hours per fortnight: 1FTE, 38 hours per week
  • Employment Status: Fixed Term until January 2027
  • Location: Bendigo
  • Other Requirements: WWCC, National Police Check, Drivers License
  • Potential start date: January 2026

The CESL Office Team comprises of close to 150 employees working across 7 key functional areas, supporting over 50 schools and early childhood centres within the Sandhurst Diocese. We are a supportive and friendly team who are committed to working collaboratively with our schools to achieve the best outcomes possible for our students. With office locations in Bendigo, Wangaratta and Tatura.

  • Demonstrated experience in an executive support or administrative role.
  • Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google applications.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle confidential matters.
  • Commitment to Catholic ethos and a child-safe environment.

In 2025, a diocesan first, a comprehensive and exciting new learning and teaching program was simultaneously launched across over 50 Catholic schools in the Sandhurst Diocese. 

Magnify Sandhurst will be introduced across 2025 to 2027, with each phase designed to bring measurable improvements in each learning environment.
